Introduction to the Service

At Brain Booster, we guide children and youth towards a bright future. We conduct a scientific and psychological assessment through a brain test, the fee for which is Rs. 5500. This report is valid for a lifetime and includes three free counselling sessions.

Refund Policy (Based on Scientific Research)

Our refund policy is developed following a well-thought-out and evidence-based process. The policy is based on comprehensive scientific research and user behavior analysis that examines all aspects of customer satisfaction, product effectiveness, and fairness. The report is compiled by subject matter experts, data scientists, and customer experience analysts to ensure every customer has a transparent, equitable, and reliable refund experience.

We ensure that our refund process is in strict compliance with business ethics while protecting customer interests. Hence, the guidelines included in our policy reflect not just business needs but also scientific evidence and real user needs.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

We want every client to be satisfied with our service. In case of any dissatisfaction, the refund process will be as follows:

  1. The client must give a clear reason for dissatisfaction in writing within 7 days of receiving the report.
  2. Refund cannot be given if the client has not attended the counseling sessions.
  3. Refund cannot be given if 1 or more sessions have been completed.
  4. The refund application will be reviewed by our team and a decision will be taken within 7-10 working days.

No refund if:

  • Report and all counseling sessions have been completed.
  • There is no reasonable and clear reason for dissatisfaction.
  • The customer has provided incorrect information or misused the report.

ब्रेन बूस्टर में हम बच्चों और युवाओं के उज्ज्वल भविष्य की दिशा में मार्गदर्शन करते हैं। हम Brain Test के माध्यम से एक वैज्ञानिक और मनोवैज्ञानिक मूल्यांकन करते हैं, जिसकी फीस 5500 रुपये है। यह रिपोर्ट लाइफटाइम वैलिड होती है और इसके साथ तीन फ्री काउंसलिंग सेशन्स भी शामिल हैं।

रिफंड पॉलिसी (वैज्ञानिक अनुसंधान पर आधारित)

हमारी रिफंड पॉलिसी एक सुविचारित और प्रमाण-आधारित प्रक्रिया के तहत तैयार की गई है। यह नीति एक विस्तृत वैज्ञानिक अनुसंधान एवं उपयोगकर्ता व्यवहार विश्लेषण पर आधारित है, जिसमें ग्राहकों की संतुष्टि, उत्पाद की प्रभावशीलता, तथा निष्पक्षता के सभी पहलुओं का गहन अध्ययन किया गया है। यह रिपोर्ट विषय विशेषज्ञों, डेटा वैज्ञानिकों, और ग्राहक अनुभव विश्लेषकों द्वारा मिलकर तैयार की गई है, ताकि हर ग्राहक को एक पारदर्शी, न्यायसंगत और भरोसेमंद रिफंड अनुभव मिल सके।

रिफंड नीति (Refund Policy)

रिफंड पात्रता:

हम चाहते हैं कि हर ग्राहक हमारी सेवा से संतुष्ट हो। यदि कोई असंतोष रहता है, तो रिफंड की प्रक्रिया इस प्रकार होगी:

  1. ग्राहक को रिपोर्ट प्राप्ति के 7 दिनों के भीतर असंतोष का स्पष्ट कारण लिखित में देना होगा।
  2. ग्राहक यदि काउंसलिंग सेशन्स में भाग नहीं लिया गया है, तो रिफंड नहीं दिया जा सकता है।
  3. यदि 1 या अधिक सेशन्स पूरे हो चुके हैं, तो रिफंड नहीं दिया जा सकता है।
  4. रिफंड आवेदन की समीक्षा हमारी टीम द्वारा की जाएगी और 7-10 कार्यदिवस में निर्णय लिया जाएगा।

रिफंड नहीं मिलेगा यदि:

  • रिपोर्ट और सभी काउंसलिंग सेशन्स पूरे हो चुके हों।
  • असंतोष का कोई उचित और स्पष्ट कारण न हो।
  • ग्राहक द्वारा गलत जानकारी दी गई हो या रिपोर्ट का दुरुपयोग किया गया हो।
