Brain Booster
1. Voluntary Consent
The customer expressly accepts that:
- He has understood the complete information and procedure about the Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test service being provided by Brain Booster (World Group).
- He is undergoing this test completely out of his free will, and he has not taken this decision under any kind of pressure, coercion, or mental influence.
- The customer is voluntarily providing his fingerprints to Brain Booster Company so that the report can be prepared.
2. Acceptance of Information
- The customer accepts that the BRAIN Report is a motivational and guidance-based document, which aims to guide the student or individual according to his natural abilities and possibilities.
- This report is not a legal or educational certificate and cannot be used directly in any institution or job.
- This report does not guarantee any kind of success.
3. Data Privacy
- Fingerprints and personal information provided by the customer will be handled confidentially and will be used only to generate the report.
- This information will not be shared with any third party without the permission of the customer.
4. No Future Claims
- Since the customer is getting the test done only after understanding and agreeing to the complete information, he cannot make any kind of claim, complaint, or legal action against the company in the future.
- There is no liability on Brain Booster Company if the career decision made after the report does not give the expected results.
- The report is only a guideline – the final decision is of the customer himself.
5. Service Agreement
- Once the fingerprints are taken, the report processing is initiated, and the service is deemed to have been provided to the customer.
- There is no scope for any claim or cancellation at this stage, unless the customer clearly points out a problem with the quality of the report.
Fingerprint and Personal Data Security Guidelines
1. Secure Upload Option
Keeping in mind the security of customers, a direct and encrypted upload portal has been provided on our website for uploading fingerprints. Please note that fingerprints and personal data should only be submitted through the official portal of the company.
2. Beware of Third Parties
The company does not recommend giving your fingerprints or personal data to any third party or individual. If you personally share this information with any other person, the company will not take any kind of responsibility.
3. Where is the Company's Responsibility
If you upload your data through our official portal, then our company will be responsible for its complete security.
- Your fingerprints and personal data will never be shared with any third party.
- All data is stored securely by encryption technology and is restricted to authorized systems only.
4. Customer Awareness and Vigilance
We request customers to not send their fingerprint or personal data to anyone via email, message, call, or social media under any circumstances. The company will not be responsible for any loss arising out of doing so.

ग्राहक यह स्पष्ट रूप से स्वीकार करता है कि:
- उसने ब्रेन बूस्टर (World Group) द्वारा दी जा रही (Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test) सेवा के बारे में पूरी जानकारी और प्रक्रिया को समझ लिया है।
- वह पूरी तरह से अपनी स्वेच्छा (स्वतंत्र इच्छा) से यह टेस्ट करवा रहा है, और उसने किसी भी प्रकार के दबाव, जबरदस्ती या मानसिक प्रभाव में आकर यह निर्णय नहीं लिया है।
- कस्टमर अपनी मर्जी से अपने फिंगरप्रिंट्स ब्रेन बूस्टर कंपनी को प्रदान कर रहा है ताकि रिपोर्ट तैयार की जा सके।
2. जानकारी की स्वीकृति (Acceptance of Information)
- ग्राहक इस बात को स्वीकार करता है कि BRAIN रिपोर्ट एक मोटिवेशनल और गाइडेंस-आधारित दस्तावेज है, जिसका उद्देश्य छात्र या व्यक्ति को उसकी प्राकृतिक क्षमताओं और संभावनाओं के अनुसार मार्गदर्शन देना है।
- यह रिपोर्ट कोई कानूनी या शैक्षणिक प्रमाण-पत्र (certificate) नहीं है, और इसका किसी संस्थान या नौकरी में सीधा उपयोग नहीं किया जा सकता।
- यह रिपोर्ट किसी भी प्रकार की सफलता की गारंटी नहीं देती।
3. डेटा गोपनीयता (Data Privacy)
- ग्राहक द्वारा दिए गए फिंगरप्रिंट और पर्सनल जानकारी को गोपनीय रूप से संभाला जाएगा और इसका उपयोग केवल रिपोर्ट जनरेट करने के लिए किया जाएगा।
- यह जानकारी किसी तीसरे पक्ष के साथ बिना ग्राहक की अनुमति के साझा नहीं की जाएगी।
4. क्लेम और उत्तरदायित्व (No Future Claims)
- चूंकि ग्राहक पूरी जानकारी को समझने और सहमति देने के बाद ही टेस्ट करवा रहा है, इसलिए वह भविष्य में कंपनी के विरुद्ध किसी भी प्रकार का क्लेम, शिकायत या कानूनी कार्यवाही नहीं कर सकता।
- ब्रेन बूस्टर कंपनी पर कोई दायित्व (liability) नहीं बनता यदि रिपोर्ट के बाद किया गया करियर निर्णय अपेक्षित परिणाम न दे।
- रिपोर्ट केवल एक गाइडलाइन है – फाइनल डिसीजन ग्राहक का खुद का होता है।
5. सेवा की स्वीकृति (Service Agreement)
- एक बार फिंगरप्रिंट लिए जाने के बाद रिपोर्ट प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी जाती है और ग्राहक को यह सेवा पूर्ण रूप से दी गई मानी जाती है।
- इस स्थिति में कोई क्लेम या कैंसलेशन की गुंजाइश नहीं होती, जब तक ग्राहक स्पष्ट रूप से रिपोर्ट की गुणवत्ता से संबंधित समस्या न दर्शाए।
फिंगरप्रिंट और पर्सनल डाटा सिक्योरिटी गाइडलाइन
1. सुरक्षित अपलोड विकल्प
हमारी वेबसाइट पर ग्राहकों की सुरक्षा को ध्यान में रखते हुए फिंगरप्रिंट अपलोड करने के लिए एक डायरेक्ट और एन्क्रिप्टेड अपलोड पोर्टल उपलब्ध कराया गया है। कृपया ध्यान दें कि सिर्फ कंपनी के आधिकारिक पोर्टल के माध्यम से ही फिंगरप्रिंट और पर्सनल डाटा सबमिट करें।
2. थर्ड पार्टी से सावधान रहें
कंपनी किसी भी थर्ड पार्टी या व्यक्तिगत व्यक्ति को आपके फिंगरप्रिंट या पर्सनल डाटा देने की अनुशंसा नहीं करती। यदि आप व्यक्तिगत रूप से किसी अन्य व्यक्ति को यह जानकारी साझा करते हैं, तो उस स्थिति में कंपनी किसी भी प्रकार की ज़िम्मेदारी नहीं लेगी।
3. कंपनी की ज़िम्मेदारी कहाँ तक है
यदि आप अपना डाटा हमारे आधिकारिक पोर्टल के माध्यम से अपलोड करते हैं, तो उसकी पूर्ण सुरक्षा की जिम्मेदारी हमारी कंपनी की रहेगी।
- आपके फिंगरप्रिंट और पर्सनल डाटा को किसी भी थर्ड पार्टी के साथ कभी भी साझा नहीं किया जाएगा।
- सभी डाटा एन्क्रिप्शन तकनीक द्वारा सुरक्षित रूप से संग्रहित किए जाते हैं और केवल अधिकृत सिस्टम तक ही सीमित रहते हैं।
4. ग्राहक की जागरूकता और सतर्कता
हम ग्राहकों से अनुरोध करते हैं कि वे किसी भी परिस्थिति में अपना फिंगरप्रिंट या पर्सनल डाटा ईमेल, मैसेज, कॉल या सोशल मीडिया पर किसी व्यक्ति को न भेजें। ऐसा करने पर उत्पन्न किसी भी नुकसान की जिम्मेदारी कंपनी की नहीं होगी।
